Sim File Fetcher allows you to download the Addon tracks and NuffWORLD Car packs.
If you have download SFF (Sim File Fetcher) There are some things you will need to do, to be able to download NW Car Packs and Tracks. For starters download this program.

Windows 7 and Vista Users Only XP Users move to next step:
After downloading you will need to make it run as an administrator. There is now an icon on your desktop: right Click the icon > properties > compatibility > Put a check mark in the Run as Administrator box.
Now continue with the below:
After downloading the program install it. After installing it you will come to the following screen:
Only the ARCA 08 should have a check in the box next to its name.
Installation Folder:
Windows XP: C:\Program Files\SimFactory\ARCA Sim Racing
Windows Vista and 7: C:\Program Files (x86)\SimFactory\ARCA Sim Racing
Setup Folder:
Windows XP:C:\Program Files\SimFactory\ARCA Sim Racing\UserData\YourName\Settings
Windows Vista and 7:C:\Program Files (x86)\SimFactory\ARCA Sim Racing\UserData\Yourname\Settings
Click the Done Button.
Next you will see this screen:
# Name: mynuffworld.com
# URL: http://www.mynuffworld.com/sff/
# User name: DON'T NEED
# Password: DON'T NEED
# Leave Delete Download UNCHECKED
# Use the 'Test' button to make sure you can connect to the server
# Click Done.
Now you will see this screen:
# Select mynuffworld.com, if it is not already selected and click 'Refresh'
# Select cars, tracks, etc. that you need
# You can double-click to download or click the 'download' button
# If you have files shown in gray that you know are up-to-date, right-click on the item and mark it as current without needing to re-download it
# Light Grey = Not downloaded
# Light Red = File has been updated
# Bold Black = File is up-to-date
