Regardless of what anyone thinks, I've had some time to think over things. I can care less what anyone else will think about it, but after some contemplation, I will not go away.

Truth is, I'm not backing down. I am not going away. Regardless of my last post (which is now locked and is the reason for this new post), I will still be racing. I will be there, All-Star race and on.

I come to realize I am not going to let the critics win that way. You will crucify me before I quit this league. I've done nothing wrong, so I have no reason to not race. Screw it.

Sinners, those nuthuggers are the ones that are constantly kissing Dale ****! Its almost like a pitty post to read.

Stay, Leave, one foot out, one foot in, it doesnt matter. People are involved in it now and my understanding is that there is an investigation being done by people outside of the league.

I would not stick my neck out on the line if I didnt feel something was up. Ive called out modders in the past and 100% of the time, I was found to be correct. Ive sat back for weeks, listening to people complain about it, and I finally saw it with my own two eyes that something was way off. Dale, I didnt have a beef with you before the season started, I was hoping for a nice clean rivalry, but you are a lying sack of dog dung when you say that adding 5% tape and shifting kept you going within .1 of your times before damage. Ive now seen two instances where I believe you ARE CHEATING, one of those was at Texas, where you openly said you put on 75% tape and ran 20 laps with it like that to win the race.

Now everybody knows you cant run that long on 75% at any track aside from Daytona/Tally. Thats proof right there that your car doesnt take damage or blow up. Do you use the mod all the time or just some of it? I dont know nor do I care.

And for another thing, Im real sick and tired of being the only MF'r out on this limb. I aint afraid to call names here since weve got this big of a deal going on here. Mwils made comments in the room that seemed as if he knew what was up. I know Kelley knows, Kap Knows, Turtle, Knows, **** even the same people that comment on your facebook status were some of the same ones complaining after the race.

If you are cheating dale, then your a shi*ty actor, because your only drawing more attention to yourself when you never slow down after getting wrecked and win 7/11 races. I know your under ivestigation right now by Microsoft. I have friends in low places that can confirm for me if you are. **** I have a friend that can tell me what cards I have in my hand when playing texas hold em, so dont tell me there isnt a way you can run races without damage.

It's league administration's job to handle that and unless they conclude he did something wrong, I don't believe he has. I used to play in a Madden sim league from 2002 to 2009 prior to it moving to PS3, and there were several instances where people would complain and whine about me "cheating" or "cheesing" simply because I was smashing their @$$e$ into oblivion, so that's why I tend to sympathize with Dale. I've been in the position of being accused when I did nothing wrong, and it doesn't feel good. But I just let it go and laughed even harder the next time I whipped up on them.

peewee, comparing football to nascar is completely different. There is a big difference. For one, Im not doing all this because I lost the race. Im not complaining about that. Ive won and lost a ton of races. Im doing all this because Dale shouldnt have won. somebody else should have. It would be like me injuring your primary quarterback on madden, only to have him still playing in the game at the same level he was when we started. But what I havent seen before is one guy taking damage that shouldve ruined his race, continue to race like nothing ever happend.

Why is it that you guys cant see this or would not question this? Are you afraid to voice your opinions? He can be beat, but it sure makes it hard when bs like what we saw at dover go down.

It is completely different, my main point of emphasis was just that I had been accused of cheating in the past and was innocent, so I can empathize with that situation.

I myself have been accused of it as well. I won 50% of the cup races at the last league I was in, which is better than dales avg., but you don't see my car keep the same speed after I've been dinged up.
