I already talked to Kev on the issue. I told him to do what he needs to do.
But before you go judging, I wanna make some things clear to everyone to show I'm not a quit artist.
It was 3:30am when we played. I had work at 9am. Coming off of just having played my Week 6 game, I was very tired. Poor judgement, yes, to both start the game knowing it was late and by quitting early because of so. But I had to get off, I was pratically falling asleep over the controller.
I'll go far to say this... It's kind of a D-Bag move to purposely keep throwing long bombs on almost every offensive play. I don't know the exact rules on how many times you have to run or throw in a game. But it was a blatant running up of the score and yards. Legit almost every offensive play you had was a long bomb. And when I had the ball, you openly criticized me to your boy for only throwing "short passes" and running. It was completely ridiculous. And then to proceed to kick me from your XBox Live party was also kinda shitty, even though I wasnt talking.
I know I'm not no Madden hotshot. I come from the other side of the fence in Nuff from the NASCAR side. I joined this league to play and have fun, win or lose and learn at the same time. That game was sure as **** no fun, especially almost since it was like you knew I wasn't any kind of Madden expert and decided to exploit it by running the score up.
I'll have my 4 years of rep on the NASCAR side stand for how my stance is on quitting early. 100% length races and I never have quit out early of them because I didnt feel like finishing the race. Ask Mwils, he'll tell you. So no, I'm not a quitter or a quit-artist.
Like I said I talked to Kev about the game. Knowing that NUFF is indeed a no-bs league, if me quitting out of the game is gonna get me kicked, hey rules are rules so let them enforce them and do what they have to do. But now you know a little about me and now you have some understanding as to why I did what I did. I'll own up to it as saying yes it was a bad judgement in my un-focused mind to back out. But I felt like I had to because I was tired and had to be at work in 5 and a half hours from that point.
And in case if anyone is wondering, yes I'll concede the game as is with the 41-0 score. There's no way I'm playing against you like that.
